Auction includes:collectible glassware, tables, wooden cabinet, headboard, dressers, misc furniture, kitchenware, housewares and decor, projectors, books, records, DVDs etc.
Auction bidding begins Wednesday, July 1st, 2020. Auction ends Friday, July 10th, 2020. Closing begins at 7pm.
Inspection and pick-up are held upstairs in the old theater at 324 Summit Ave, Center City, MN.
Auction Inspection held:
Thursday July 9th, 2020 from10am to 2pm.
Pickup Days are:
Saturday, July 11th, from10am - 4pm and Sunday, July 12th, from noon - 4pm.

Auction Terms & Conditions All items must be paid for by end of pick up day(s). Accepted payment methods include: Cash, good check, Visa, Master Card, or Discover. A 15% buyer's premium, as well as state and local sales tax of 7.375% will be added to all invoices. No additional fees will be added for use of credit card. Those buyers wishing to purchase at tax exempt status must provide an ST3 at time of payment or have one already on file.
Unless otherwise noted in description, pick up/ payment location will be at 324 Summit Ave, Center City MN.
All items are sold as is. No express or implied warranty. All sales are final.
Items have been described and photographed to the best of our ability; we are not responsible for authenticity, working order, or any other conditional issues. We highly recommend that items be inspected prior to bidding.
Winning bidders are required to pick up their items on the days specified in the description of this auction, unless prior arrangements are made. Bring help to load if you require it. We cannot be responsible for items not picked up, and we do not have the capacity to store them.
Shipping: We offer shipping of items that fit in a standard priority box to anywhere in the USA excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Pick-up only, on large items. All shipping charges must be pre-paid. Invoice will be adjusted to reflect the shipping charges.
Also, due to recent more stringent regulations, 'shipped items invoice' will also be adjusted to reflect the destination sales tax, and a $3.00 handling fee will be applied to shipments outside of MN. If any other shipping type or size is required please discuss with us prior to bidding.
For on-line auctions we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of a system failure.
